Camping Valkanela is situated in the beautiful natural bay between Vrsar and Funtana and has direct access to the 3 km long beach. Enjoy a wonderful holiday with the whole family and plunge into the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. The camping park is also a great place to cool off on hot days: on a total of 1,500m² there is refreshing water fun for young and old in various pools.
The sportsmen and sportswomen can really get away from it all on land with tennis, beach volleyball and football, among other things, or try out one of the numerous water sports activities on the beach. If you have a boat licence, you can start your adventure in the island world of Croatia directly from the campsite.
Let the day end with a sundowner at the beach bar and try the specialities of the regional and Mediterranean cuisine in one of the gastronomic establishments. An individually designed and varied animation and entertainment programme for all ages rounds off the package.

Take a stroll through 2,000 years of history and visit for example the Kaštel, the summer residence of the bishops of Poreč, from the 15th century, the Roman necropolis from the 2nd century or one of the numerous churches and basilicas.
Modern art can also be admired in Vrsar: visit the unique sculpture park. In this monumental complex, works by Dušan Džamonja, one of the greatest modern sculptors, are exhibited and can be experienced up close.
