Due to its favourable location, the campsite is the ideal starting point for day trips to the sights and attractions of the region. Well-known amusement parks like "Gardaland" or "Caneva World Resort" are only a stone's throw away.
A few kilometres to the south is Valeggio sul Mincio, also on the banks of the river Mincio, which connects Lake Garda with the river Po. This small town is known worldwide for its tortellini. This speciality has its origin there and is honoured every year with the "Festa del Nodo d'amore". The 600-metre long Visconti Bridge is transformed into a gigantic dining table for this festival, which can seat up to 4,000 people.
